Based on the reviews, I was really excited about being seen by Dr. Smith for the first time ! Unfortunately, I was disappointed. Very dry personality. My visit was just that, a visit. Nothing impressive at all. As a new patient, I wasn't asked about my current lenses or if I'm having any problems with them. The only reason they inquired about glasses is when I asked if I could get my current prescription fitted to a pair of glasses that I brought. I was told that it would take about 2 weeks for my glasses to come in. I had to call them to see if my glasses were in and they were. I didn't receive a call! I was very disappointed!! However the personnel at the front were very nice and Michelle was awesome.

The facility is very nice and clean. All staff members were kind and helpful. Didn't have to wait a long time from the time I made the appointment to when I actually went, and I had them put it a few weeks out from what they could do, so getting an appointment is easy. Also didn't have to wait a long time in office either. Longest I waited was for my eyes to dilate, which also isn't a long time. I was in and out in less than an hour. Dr. Misti Smith is top notch, too. I saw her at other places and knew I had to follow her here.

I love this office. Marissa at the front desk is exceptionally kind and helpful. They do their best to accommodate you, unlike other eye clinics that schedule appointments months out. Dr. Smith is thorough, knowledgeable, and takes her time to address any questions or concerns you may have. I highly recommend this office--you won't be disappointed.

I thought all vision exams were equal until I came here to see Dr. Smith. When I got my new glasses I saw so perfectly that it was a relief. In the past, I've been nauseous or dealt with headaches when I got new glasses. This will be where I return to & where I suggest to my family going forward in this area. Professional, timely, & considerate! Thanks to the team!

Dr. Simmons is absolutely outstanding. He's professional, kind, never rushes you, and always makes you feel comfortable. We've also seen Dr. Smith on occasion, and she's equally wonderful. Both doctors are attentive, compassionate, and truly a credit to their profession. I've had a couple of situations I thought were emergencies, and they always took me seriously and made time to fit me in right away. The office staff is exceptional.The are courteous, helpful, responsive, and they go above and beyond. They also work seamlessly with the Macon office, which makes everything run smoothly. Both office's are uncluttered and clean. I highly recommend this practice, especially Dr. Simmons and Dr. Smith.

This morning I had my first visit with Dr. Smith, at the Warner Robins location. She gave the most thorough, caring eye exam I have ever had! I learned more about my issues from one visit with Dr. Smith than the total of what I've learned from many exams over the decades. The entire office has a pleasant, inviting atmosphere and you can easily see the entire staff cares about the patients. I wish I had discovered this place sooner!

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Smith! She is incredibly nice, thorough, and patient. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood each part of my daughter's care plan. She answered all of my questions without making us feel rushed, and her explanations were easy to follow. I feel very confident having my daughter in her care and appreciate the time and attention she gives. Highly recommend!

My husband and I both saw Dr Smith at same time , she was wonderful , patience , and answered all our question and NEVER once did we fell rushed which is so important to find these day in the medical field ! The staff were all so welcoming and friendly just a great experience ! if you are looking for an eye dr this is the place for you .
