I recently had a very good experience at this Walmart Vision Center. Dr. Onyekwelu was very patient and thorough with my exam and the staff out front were all super nice and helpful. Tyshawn will literally work with you until your glasses are perfect. I will definitely be going back when it is time for my next eye exam.

Vision center lost a 15-year customer.
Called the number for the vision center. Somehow ended up at the main Walmart number. Was transferred to the vision center 4 times, going in circles.
Was given the direct number to the vision center on the last runaround and hung up.
Called back 3 hours later (direct number which I'd called originally). Was transferred to the vision center over 5 times. Lost count, honestly. Note all these transfers took over 2 mins of hold apiece.
Finally the guy at the main walmart said "I'll try again" and after waiting for 25 more seconds the phone hung up.
I need to be able to see. Do you just hate money? I called America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses after all this, and I was scheduled as a new patient in 3 minutes.

Absolutely great experience from start to finish.. very friendly and professional lady Ann made my appointment and followed up. Tyshawn took care of my paperwork, pre test. pick out glass. Explained everything step by step.. Dr Onyekwelu did my eye exam.. it wonderful to go somewhere were they are happy to help and treat customer with respect

Staff was very friendly and helpful! They provided me very quick service as well- I was a walk in for an eye and contact exam and they had me in and out of there in like 30 minutes with everything I needed. Thanks for a good visit to your vision center!

I was told on my first visit my eye exam was $70. But after my eye exam and it was time for me to pay, they changed it to $110..ok I let that pass...my next visit was about 4 days later, I was told my contact lens fitting was $30. But again after the fitting and it was time for me to pay they changed it to $50...So I decided not to go back to this office for service...if you tell me a price, that's the price I expect to pay....don't keep overcharging me...
