Dr. Fong and her team Stephanie & Gloriana were fantastic and we cannot thank them enough for their help. We were overseas tourists and my son lost his high powered glasses in a tidal wave when swimming. Dr. Fong's team went out of their way to help my son with getting emergency contact lenses that helped us till we got home. Thank you for your kindness and all you help!

Brought my Dad to Dr Fong's as I was a patient of Dr Cassen. I couldn't be there on his visit so I came ahead of time with his insurance cards, filled out all the paperwork and brought his records from his past Doctor who just retired to the office. This was probably 50yrs worth of eye records. They said they would return the folder to my Dad when he came for his visit.
My Dad was coming to have something specific checked and I also had a yearly exam scheduled for 2-4 weeks later. I assumed they would have done the eye exam same time. I called and asked if they did and was told you need to ask us we don't do it automatically. So when I brought him for his eye exam, I asked if they could do his glaucoma check. They told me "no" it takes too long and that's a separate visit. I asked for my dads eye records and they LOST it!!! They couldn't find it. OMG!
Anyhow i am extremely disappointed- how can you lose someone's records! 50+ years of information down the drain! Thank you!!! Ugh.
And regarding having to come 3 separate times- totally unacceptable! Never had to do that with Dr Cassen.
