I found the staff to be not only friendly but very professional in their patient care. Dr. Daniel Choi was exceptional as I left the office feeling very positive about the cataract surgery and followup care. He took time to explain the options and answer any questions I might have had with a great bedside manner. Would highly recommend Dr. Choi to anyone in need of vision or cataract surgery.

Amazing doctors, staff, and office! I saw Dr. Brandon Lee and he is the absolute best! Very thorough exam and made me feel at home as a new patient. I am so happy I am now in such great care!

I came it to have my reading glasses updated and had my annual exam done without pain and without waiting for too long. Great care! I have no apprehension when going for my annual, I know I am in good hands. Everyone is very nice and helpful. They listen to me and answer all of my questions. Thank you!

Dr. Brandon Lee is a GREAT OPHTHALMOLOGIST. He took care of my husband's Cataract Surgery. All his staff are very friendly and caring to their patients. We highly recommend him.

Dr Choi is the best! I never feel like I'm being rushed and he takes time to answer my questions. Very professional; cataract surgery was painless and before and after care instructions were thorough and clear. I've recommended him to friends and family. The staff is great too; friendly and efficient. Waiting time is minimal.

UPDATE: (emergency eye situation) Although my initial experience wasn't the best, my following experiences were noteworthy and deserved of an update. I had a traumatic corneal abrasion in both eyes and Dr. Lee and Juan both came into the office on a Saturday morning (outside of office hours) to help me. They were caring and professional toward me in one of the worst moments of my life. Juan was so kind and patient as we needed to get drops into my eyes, and it was extremely painful. He spoke to me calmly, and I felt like I could trust him. That kindness meant so much to me and I still think about it years later. It says a lot about them that they were willing to take me in and help me after the initial experience. Thank you to Dr. Lee and Juan for being examples of professionals and kind humans. OLD REVIEW: (general office visit for eye exams) My first visit took 2.5 hours. I was passed between 4 people and spent a total of about 15 mins of the 2.5 hours with all 4 people combined. It felt like a lot of wasted time. I will say that the reception staff were friendly and are easy to work with. My second visit was for a problem I was having with my eye. I didn't feel empathy or care from Dr. Lee. I expressed that something he was doing hurt, and he said "just a little pressure." He answered my questions hastily, in a way that made me feel dismissed. He wasn't willing to explain or explore other alternatives. He rushed me out of the room after about 5 mins total. It wasn't a good experience both times, and I do not recommend it.

Dr. Sugino is always so pleasant and efficient. Everyone at the center is always so mindful of quality and affordability. I also visited the optical shop this time and it was awesome. Your staff assessed what I was looking for in a frame and got me samples for me to try on. All I had to do was sit there!

Dr. Choi and his team are top notch!!!! I was very nervous about getting much needed cataract surgery. Dr Choi and his surgical team made me feel at ease on both surgeries on the day of the surgeries. I am so happy I had the surgery done! I can see again! It is a whole new world!!! :) Well done!!
