The store staff, as before, were friendly and easy to talk to while I was selecting a frame. I was unexpectedly upset at my exam, when the doctor found my decline in vision had to do with my cataracts, not just needing a new prescription. I already knew about the cataracts, but started crying anyway. She was very kind and thorough in explaining that it's a very normal affect at my age and as a diabetic, and I'm grateful she let me cry it out in privacy. We talked about next steps and I left feeling much more hopeful.

Everyone was so friendly. Plus love that Dr. Pham was so straight forward. Also didn't need to dilate my eyes. That is a major plus for me. I hate it so much. Getting my first glasses was a great experience.

I had a great experience setting up my appointment very easy online and there was great follow through with confirming the appointment without any effort on my end. When I arrived for my appointment everything was nice and easy front desk staff was pleasant. The technician assisting me with my eye exams named Mae Was amazing and full of positive energy she is an asset to the operation and provides a great experience for patients. The service continued with Dr. Delgado It was very easy to talk to her and she is a great listener who is excellent in her specialty. Overall a great team from beginning to end a smooth process thank you

Renee Allison OD was excellent. She was very friendly and patient. Took time to explain questions concerning my eyesight. The gentleman who did my pre-exam was also professional and friendly. Cashier was also very polite. Overall an excellent visit and will recommend to anyone.

Love going to see Dr. Pham and her friendly staff! Fast, efficient....state of the art machines! What I liked most was not having to have my eyes dilated! Dr. Pham has a machine that can get the same results without having your eyes dilated! I would definitely recommend Dr. Pham to anyone needing an optometrist. (She is also located in Ala Moana Center in the Lenscrafter space.....convenient, modern and stylish office!)

Dr Pham is the bomb! Great communication skills and she puts the patients best interest first. The staff at LensCrafters Ala Moana are also fantastic. Always friendly and helpful. I appreciate the office policy for providing options and costs to let the customer/patient choose what they want. If you're like me, when given a choice versus being pushed into a sale, you tend to opt for more because a trust factor has been established.

I have been a patient with Dr Pham for over 13 years. I have always been pleased with my annual visits with Dr. Pham. She is extremely patient, super professional and explains everything thoroughly. Since there are so many types/brands of multifocal contacts to choose from...Dr Pham gave me samples to try so i can pick up the ones which fit me the best. Also she has a great personality which makes me pay attention to whatever she had to say ....like explaining those crazy #s on the outside of the contact lens boxes. The girls at the front desk have always been very friendly and very prompt to return my calls or emails whenever I have stupid or hard questions . I am looking forward to returning for my eye exam next year.

Dr. Tsumoto is awesome! He's very knowledgeable and very nice. Update January 14, 2024: Dr. Pham is the best. She has been our (me and my family) doctor for 8 years, since we moved to Hi in 2015. All the staff are awesome. Lastly, I love the new clinic because it looks so posh and elegant.
