I really like this place ; support local! Maria the manager was really nice to me, from greeting me at the door, working with my VSP insurance, and handling shipping, everything was smooth. Shipping only took a week, got my Trivex lens about a week from mainland lab to Hawaii. I should have asked them to adjust my glasses but ended up getting my frames bent at Ala Moana. Only thing that can make this business perfect is the parking situation. I got lucky and found street parking.

I highly recommend this place if you are ever in need of emergency contacts. I am on vacation and forgot my contacts at home. Avery was so helpful and contacted my eye doctor , retrieved my prescription for me and they were ready on the same day. Thank you so much dream vision eye care. You saved me!

I am visiting Hawaii for several weeks and been having issues with my contacts so I've already used up everything I had. I'm legally blind so it's vital I have contacts. I called Dream Vision to get a pair of lenses to last until I get home and they had my strong prescriptions in stock. The lady even threw in several extra 1 day lenses for me for the beach and this was only a small fee!!! They really saved me, and now I won't have to struggle the rest of my trip, thank you so Much!

Great experience! I had an eyeglass benefit but they were honest and let me know I could continue with OTC glasses - I had the benefit and used it for new glasses and they were actually an improvement, but I appreciated the doctor for letting me know my options. Also, she is into prevention and early screening, signs of a true professional. In general the store gives prompt service, follows up well, has a great selection of brands. No complaints, only praise!

Have been a patient here for several years of both doctors, who are great and personable. Eyeglasses selection of some brands is minimal, compared to places like LensCrafters. However, I'd been able to request a specific style/color through them of brands they carry. I like the care I receive here from the doctors and rest of staff. Once had to stop by last minute because the pads of my eyeglass broke, and Dr. Poon was able to assist on super short notice, as their optician was off that particular day. Only deducted a star because when I once went to get my eyeglasses adjusted to better align my face, the young lady helping me suggested that my eyebrows were probably crooked, therefore my glasses didn't sit perfectly :(

Amazing place! I arrived to the island without my high prescription contacts.. They literally saved my vacation and had my extract lenses in stock. I am a very happy customer.

I have been coming here for 5 years now. They are very experienced and professional. They work with you to ensure your complete satisfaction. I cannot express enough of how much effort they put into making sure I was taken care of. I am in no way affiliated with the company and I am moving away shortly. This company and the great staff here will be deeply missed. Be open about what you want and they will work with you to ensure your goals are met.
