I had my annual eye exam today at Vision Center with Dr. Franklin Lau and it was the best eye exam I have ever had. Dr. Lau is so patient and thorough with my eye exam. And he explained everything so well. He is so meticulous and very knowledgeable. Unlike other eye exams, I did not feel rushed at all. I love this place! You make your appointment and you get a 100% attention for your one-hour appointment. You really get your money's worth. At other doctor's office, you feel so rushed and the technicians who work on the machines, keep rushing you through the process while other patients are waiting. At Vision Center, you get an appointment and you are given the whole one-hour appointment with no distractions at all. Dr. Lau is truly amazing and I really love this place. The staff are also very friendly and knowledgeable. Although it is quite a commute for me to see Dr. Lau, it is well worth it. I will be seeing him annually from now on. I highly recommend Dr. Franklin Lau to anyone who needs an eye exam. He is truly the best!

Dr. Lau is very thorough and professional. He has been my eye doctor for about 20 years, and he always gets my soft contact prescription just right. He always has the latest equipment and is on the forefront of eye care in Hawaii.
