Saw Dr Woods. He treated very well. He was able to catch something that had been missed by an emergency room and an eye center. I also knew when I was done there what good vision truly is. They really did help me. Thank you Dr Woods and Hawaii Eye Clinic

Dr Yamamoto is very efficient and answers all of my questions. I never feel rushed . Office staff are always courteous and polite. Office is kept clean. Easy parking at Ala Moana Shopping Center.

1/5/2023, I was not Shure whether I have seen Dr. Yamamoto or not, but I guess I did. Because there was no introduction of any kind. A lady took me to the examining chair and acting like a doctor so I must have seen the doctor. It was hard to tell between a technician or the doctor without the introduction. The technician did good job but the doctor was machinegun talk. I felt I was in middle of the mass production.

Went to get a second opinion for cataract surgery. Dr. Yamamoto was highly recommended. Current doctor said I needed cataract surgery and strongly recommended the surgery 3 times. Dr. Yamamoto's office staff and herself are bilingual. Staff explains well and are friendly. Her office tech that did the eye exam is very thorough...more so than other eye doctor offices I've been to and very friendly, courteous and professional...I'm sorry if I did not get her name. Dr. Yamamoto is very professional and explains well. She is not out to make more money but told me the truth that I didn't need the cataract surgery at this time. I respect her diagnosis and opinion as I was not sure but felt that I didn't need the surgery. I highly recommend going to this eye doctor to check your eyes as she will tell you the truth instead of making money out of unnecessary surgeries and her staff is great!

Dr. Yamamoto was very competent informative and helpful during my first visit. I am very satisfied with her as my eye physician, and will retain her as my primary eye doctor.

They didn't tell my wife she can't drive before dilating her eyes. She ended up stuck at AlaMoana for a few hours. I had to take off from work to pick up my daughter from school. I don't recommend this place.

I was humiliated by my accent yesterday when i tried to have an appoitment the first time.The Manger yelled at me on the phone so angry and corrected my pronunciation in English and said she doesn't understand my English and I felt totally denigrated by Manager. I couldn't have appointment finally! .

Great Doctor..always does the extra mile! Staff, very courteous!
