I had the best experience here purchasing glasses and getting an exam as someone with a very strong prescription. Their large selection of small, funky frames made it fun to shop for glasses. I had some issues with my lenses on my new glasses not being perfect, and Dr Jones and his team helped me get them replaced for free.

I was visiting Hawaii with my family over the holidays and my left eye became inflamed upon our arrival. Dr. Jones fit me into his busy schedule just before Christmas! His exam was thorough and informative. He prescribed the drops I needed, then communicated with my optometrist back in Indiana. As the situation progressed, Dr. Jones continued communicating with me, even on Christmas Day. I was blown away by his professionalism and level of care. His office staff was equally kind and accommodating, as well! I was very fortunate to have had them there for me at a really frightening and risky time. I cannot recommend him and Kaka'ako Eye Care highly enough!
