20/400 vision is legally blind. That was me. Plus I had an eyeball shaped like popcorn. Astigmatism. I needed the best eye surgery and thought I would need to go to the mainland. He recently did cataract surgery on both my eyes with tremendous result. I can now drive at night again. Dr. Schmidt has tremendous skills including the ability to explain things to patients. His staff and equipment are also top notch. Highly recommended!
