America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

This is a horrible location, I went in to get my sons temple screwed back in, the employee screwed it in and gave it back with no adjustments, and left the access screw on it, I showed it to him, he attempted to cut it again and still left access screw, when I showed him he told me that was the only screw they carried, I told him I was a former employee so I know they have different screws they could use, he then got a nasty attitude and told me I would have to wait for another employee to fix it, which was fine. I told him I could leave the glasses and go run some other errands, he told me I was unable to leave them and come back when I had time for a simple screw. His name is Justin and extremely unprofessional. I took the glasses to another location in Burbank and the service was great, replaced the screw and adjusted them properly. Stay away from the Cicero location if you want good customer service. The picture is how the glasses look after the Cicero location adjusted them.

From the moment I walked in, Jason set the tone -- he's definitely the face of the company. Super friendly, professional, and checked me in so quickly. The wait time was minimal, which I really appreciated. Kelly was amazing during the pre-testing. I absolutely hate the puffer test, but she got it on the first try and made the whole process so easy. Dr. Shim was incredible as well -- the eye exam was an absolute breeze. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt completely comfortable the entire time. My overall experience was fantastic. I definitely recommend coming here! They also have a great selection of eyewear at really good prices. I'll definitely be coming back for my yearly exam!

Went to America's best to fix my glasses. Kelly Aguayo took care of me. I decided to buy an extra pair for computer work. Kelly was so helpful and even informed me that since I bought glasses 2 weeks ago i get a discount and it was. Great discount. Recently walked in to ask a question regarding a prescription. The three young ladies seemed annoyed that the system was not working. Also working out between them other personal matters while we were waiting to be taken care of. The one lady helping me out half answered my question and then proceeded to look at her lashes with the mirror and didn't asked if I wanted to purchase contacts or schedule appointment, she just sat there and proceeded to continue her conversation with her other coworkers. A few days later my mother called to reschedule her appointment and several times no one answered during business hours. Finally she got a hold of someone and the lady was rude and sounded like she was annoyed and not professional at all trying to reschedule the appointment. Not a pleasant experience with people that don't know how to work professionally and just don't want to help customers.

Disorganized and unprofessional experience. I left without my contact lens exam results despite being told I had everything, which caused delays when I arrived at my primary optometrist. Staff seemed confused and the process involved long waits. Shout out to Bridget at the Oak Lawn location -- she was genuinely helpful and professional.

Call the store for an update on the glasses order for my mother in law to be placed on hold with out a hello or anything then got answer by the most rude people it was unethical the way they treat people also when I was at her appointment their dress code and conduct was very unprofessional. This coming from an actual healthcare worker.

I truly can't believe how bad the front desk service is. The receptionists don't acknowledge that you're standing there or that you've come in because they are on their phones. I had one receptionists I guess who didn't want to get up so she asked me intake questions from across the room even my social and health history. Another who was just generally rude when I asked her a question. I know that people are more casual and I don't think that work environments need to be overly stressful or performative but I was shocked with how much no one seemed to know that they were at work. It wasn't even busy.

This has got to be the worst America's best I've ever been to first and foremost to make a person feel pressured to make a purchase on something that you really don't need that you just need one at a time as far as contacts is absurd I don't know who the lady was running in at this moment what customer service was lacking I've been accustomed for 20 years and have never been deniedbbuying one box of contacts at a time I have never had an issue in any America's best I went to until this one it seems like they make up their rules as they go along no policy was shown saying that I could not buy just one box of contacts obviously I know I need both contacts for two different visions tobasically force somebody to Both boxes at at a time I never heard of that it's always an issue with something they can do this they can't allow that so I want to know if this is privately owned or does America's best have something to say about this cuz I haven't seen they're going to send their manager to reach out to these emails however I'm going to reach out to corporate and see if there is a policy on this where's America's best ever
