Walmart Vision & Glasses

Even though my order is ready. Im waiting over 30min sometimes to pickup an order. It takes 1min to cashout an order. Waiting this long is not reasonable in comparison to completting a whole appointment from start to finish. You can step away for a min to grab an order. Then they said the system was down. The phones were constantly ringing and never answered..just to casual with service. They need more people

Workers are so rude and make up their own prices. I got quoted one price when i scheduled the exam. Then when i went in for my appointment they gave me a new price that was double than what i was told. They're so unprofessional and such a waste of time just save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else with a actual professional.

I had a beautiful experience here. The doctor is really kind and takes into account any issues with your eyes that you address. The staff is beyond helpful as I am indecisive when picking anything. They helped me pick a pair of glasses. When they arrived I usually have an issue with thickness of the lenses as I do have a high prescription but to my surprise they were perfect. I will keep recommending this place to everyone I know. Thanks to the staff for keeping my eyes great.

really frustrating experience. The first few times I called, they hung up on me right after answering. When I finally got through, they left me on hold for over 10 minutes. I called back again, and the person who answered didn't say anything -- they just picked up the phone and stayed silent. Very unprofessional and disappointing customer service. When I showed up in person they also had an attitude.. never coming back

Do not come here!!!! Waited 45 minutes just to be seen this is not including the wait to see the doctor. The lady performing the eye exam with the machine was VERY RUDE. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere

Worst experience Ive had and very unprofessional. A few months ago i got new glasses(which i paid out of pocket) I paid to get them thinned down when i got them they were poorly made and looked really thick i told them i didn't like them, that i had payed to thin them down and if they could do something about it, they said they could send them back to have them polished and that would solve the problem, they should be ready in 2 weeks. Almost 4 weeks went by and i never received a call so i decided to stop by they said they didn't have my glasses, that there was no order they essentially miss placed my glasses and randomly found them in the back room where they took them the day i dropped them off. NOTHING had been done to them after all that time. The guy working there (tall 6ft heavy set) just took them to the side room and polished them real quick and came out and said that they couldn't do anything about it that they did all they could. I ended up going to another location and they were able to help me and fixed my problem. Fast forward to a couple of days ago i took my daughter for her eye exam we picked the glasses unfortunately the same guy ended up helping me. The ENTIRE time he was talking to me with a smirk on his face telling me that i had to pay $180 to have my daughters glasses thinned down. I told him i had paid $60 last time and very rudely was like " i can see your past transactions and i can tell you right now you didn't pay that" he proceeded to retract the incident i had with MY glasses which have nothing to do with my daughters and mentioned the $60 i paid to have them thinned down but was quick to say that the kids glasses were "special" and therefore it was going to be the $180 which I find completely ridiculous and hard to believe that thats what it cost because i clearly remember paying $60 a year ago. Let me remind you all of this is happening while his still smirking talking to me in a condescending way like there was some type of animosity. I was already feeling some type of way and on top of that as soon as i turn to leave him and the girl that was next to him burst out into laughter! Horrible!! Just overall horrible experience! DO NOT go there!!

Eye doctors are independent and make up their own rules. Ain't nobody got time for that.

Very rude and unprofessional. Check in staff was very friendly to Hispanic customers and very rude to myself, an African American. Staff member tried to put another customer in front of me after I had been waiting and literally rolled her eyes and scoffed when I told her that I was waiting first. Worst experience I've ever received at a vision center. Very unpleasant, and the way I was treated made it a very uncomfortable experience.
