Dr. Barbara Majchrowski, O.D., P.C.

Dr Majchrowski, OD, is a very caring optometrist, she took time to give patient an utmost and thoroughly service and never rush in doing her work. We have been going to her office for years and still very comfortable with her dedication and work along with her staff.

I would give no stars. I called for an appointment and was told the scheduler didn't come in until 2:30. I commented I was disabled and needed to let a person who could take me a certain day know if an appointment was available and that I would get right back to them so they could plan. The response I received was "I can have her call you or not". HOW RUDE. This is how you treat a potential new patient? I suppose it's very nice to be able to be so independent but I hate to think how you treat people when they come in. I doubt you can expect service with a smile . Also, seriously only one person able to make an appointment and they don't come in until late afternoon? Someone cannot look at a computer screen to see times open or look into an appointment book? Bottom line is you really don't matter to them

Doctor Majchrowski has been my eye doctor for over 10 years and now she's my kids doctor. She is by far one of the best. Her office is immaculate and she sanitizes all her tools and machines right in front of you before and after she uses them. She explains everything she's doing to you and can answer any question you may have. Her office is great with insurance and making sure you get all your benefits. I recommend her to everyone I know! Keep up the good work!

Dr Majchrowski is a highly skilled and personable optometrist who will expertly assess your vision needs and craft lenses and glasses that are perfect for you. She also has a great sense of style and an eclectic collection of frames from which to choose. I recommend her.

Smart doctor. Very helpful. Has passion for vision. Helps teach about eye cares. Extremely thorough. Spotless clinic with fresh air. Even the receptionist was great. Happy to found this optometrist. Recommend to all.

I called to make an appointment since I saw that the Doctor has 5 stars and I barely speak English, I'm using Google translate then they told me that they don't speak Spanish, this is ridiculous, they should have interpreters, I give them zero stars one was too many

Great staff and Dr. Barbara is very thorough! My kid's have been there for a few years. Our appointments are usually scheduled within a few days and we get our glasses back in about 2 weeks.

I'm very disappointed my daughter has been going here since she was small now 22 but she hasn't been there in 4 years so they say she is considered a new patient and unable to see her. She is an individual with special needs and was comfortable there. Now unable to go.. Not very nice!
