This place is the best. The staff is helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. They helped my kids learn how to put in contact lenses and were patient even when they needed extra time. They also are helpful when dealing with your insurance. I highly recommend this place for glasses and contacts! Full service and fair prices.

The full team has been beyond patient, understanding, empathetic, and collaborative while trying to navigate a curveball from a previous optometrist. They have been extremely helpful with accommodating me with an additional eye exam, letting me switch out different lenses, and the full team took a hands on approach in both helping to find glasses, addressing concerns about a change in vision, etc. There are at least 10 eyeglasses stores and optometrists between my home and this location, but both the team and selection of glasses have been a big rationale for returning. Thank you!

Oh how I love CustomEyes. When my off-the-shelf readers went to 3.5 and long distance was no longer perfect, it was time for progressives. I stopped in at some shops and after a visit to CustomEyes I never looked back.
The eye business there is personal. It's about deep expertise, customer service, and looking good. Patience, too! I cannot believe how many compliments I continue to get on the glasses I've gotten there.
The staff is warm, caring, and fun. After my first visit, everyone in the shop knew my preferences and they're expert at finding the glasses not that just look good but that look great. I never stop in without an offer to clean my glasses or check the fit. Manager Laura is wonderful and the rest of the staff really knows its stuff. It's a pleasure to do business there.

Dr Hansen was so helpful!
I have been wearing the same contact lens brand/make for 10+ years without knowing there were much newer options available for my needs. Dr Hansen introduced me to a brand that is so much more breathable!
On top of that Dr Hansen told me I should be filling for medically necessary contacts. I have always paid for my contacts. I have no idea how long I have been paying for contacts when they should have been covered!

Poor quality product and wrong prescription! When I returned saying I was not able to see well w my new glasses I was treated in a condescending manner. Went to see another eye doc and indeed prescription by Custom Eyes was incorrect. Customer service when buying is lovely, but when a problem, completely unhelpful. Eye exam was brief, inaccurate and with little care or attention.
