Lied about their 50% off lenses promotion, added made up charges after "honoring it". Also, why send the frames 1,300+ miles away (FL) to get lenses in? This is a major inconvenience to patients who don't find frames they like in their outdated selection. Next time a customer asks about just getting lenses, maybe you should be upfront about that and not make it the last thing you mention as if it's a non-issue before you ask for payment. Optometrist was helpful, very informative and answered all my questions with great detail, didn't feel rushed at all.

I have no problem with this For Eyes location, it's the Dr they rent space too that is the major problem. Rude, condescending and unwilling to answer even the most basic of questions. I called corporate, the experience was so bad. Corporate tried to step in and help, but Diana refused to be anything but abrasive. Corporate apologized profusely, but since Diana is independent from them, there was nothing they could do. They told me I was not the first person to have these issues with her, and the ladies that worked the retail side said they also found her difficult to work with. I love the glasses I got here, and will definitely be back. Next time I will just get my eyes examined elsewhere first.

Their key selling point is buy one, get one free. I went there to pick 2 glasses, but got rude service because the woman wants to argue with me about their clause in requiring to buy a expensive pair which I don't want. Really? Not happy.

I've been getting my eyes checked here for over ten years. Never a problem. I do get my frames online because my prescription is so strong.

Dr.Diana went above and beyond to fix my swollen eye, squeezed me in to her busy schedule and was so personal and caring I would refer her to everyone in need of eye care....! Thanks again!

Dr. Diana is very personable and takes the time to make sure the measurements and prescription for your eyes are correct :)
