Could not have had a better experience! From the moment I walked in, the office felt very comfortable despite a doctor's visit not always being the most exciting experience. The doctor was very informative and the team all super helpful. My glasses came in only a week after my visit when I was quoted two! Shout out to Marvin and John! I can see again!

I always have a great experience. Dr. VELICK Is very knowledgeable and has helped me to maintain my eye health for many years. The staff is also great, very helpful and professional.

I had my eye exam last week, and I want to start by saying the eye doctor was excellent--very professional, helpful, and thorough. I was genuinely happy to finally find a good doctor. Unfortunately, my experience this morning (Jan 9,2026) with the front desk staff completely overshadowed the quality of care I received. The individual at the front desk was unprofessional, rude, and displayed behavior that felt like classic profiling. This was disappointing, uncomfortable, and unacceptable in a healthcare setting. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this facility. It's especially inconvenient since this was the only location I used for my eye exams, and now I have to search for the same doctor at a different location, if that's even possible. It's unfortunate when one unprofessional individual can drive patients away despite having a great doctor on staff. I will be sharing my experience on appropriate review platforms so others are aware.

Best eye doctor experience I've had! From the moment I walked in I knew I was in good hands - the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Marvin was a huge help and created such a pleasurable experience - 10/10 recommend this location & asking for assistance from Marvin!!

I stopped in to MyEyeDr. to see if I could get the fit adjusted on two pairs of glasses that I bought online from a company with no retail outlets. The staff member I dealt with was very pleasant and extremely helpful. He patiently made adjustments several times until both pairs fit perfectly and did not charge me for the service. Next time I need a new pair of glasses, I know where to go!

I had a wonderful experience at this location. All the staff and the doctor explained clearly what to expect of the visit and the assisted costs. Highly recommended this place!

My experience at MyEyeDr was absolute perfection. I spoke with John on the phone and he was very kind and helpful. When I arrived to the store, John was incredibly kind and provided excellent service. I highly recommend this location. Thank you again, John! :)

Wonderful and incredibly kind staff. They were running a bit behind, but still so accommodating and the kindness of the staff made the wait worth it.
