A completely underwhelming experience. While this was a generally organized and nice office with friendly staff, I was given an incorrect prescription and was charged me a second time when I needed to make a return visit to get the correct prescription. I get that mistakes happen, but not really sure why the patient/customer would be the one held financially responsible for a doctor's error (especially after the inconvenience of having purchased glasses/lenses and then needing to also return those). I contacted their customer service many times to dispute/question the second charge and, without ever speaking to anyone, they sent the bill to collections. What an awful way to deal with patients... very glad this wasn't a major medical issue. Would advise to look elsewhere for general eye-related and glasses prescription services -- seems like this is beyond this office's capability to handle that simple task in addition to treating their patients with thoughtfulness/respect.
