Huge thank you to Dr Pham! I've been with him for many years! Dr Pham keeps it professional and knows how to fix my glasses every time they get bent. I recently got my glasses bent and had to go nearby since Dr Pham was a bit far from me and when they were trying to fix it they didn't feel confident but when I decided to go see Dr Pham he fix my glasses instantly every time

Dr Pham is a good doctor. Very experienced with writing prescriptions. I ordered frames and he even helped to correct the mistake made by the lab. The lab switched my left and right lens. But Dr Pham troubleshooted it and fixed my glasses.

These people run a second and/or third business here. They never have customers on premises for the advertised business. There's a lady in there that is sister of the optometrist that always has an attitude. City of Evanston please revise this business. I have a feeling they ain't up to no good. Thanks!

This is my second eye exam and consult with Dr. Van Pham and once again it was an extremely pleasant experience. He's very thorough and explains everything. Patiently answers questions concerns, gives you info you need, recommends what is in your best interest and leaves you to decide for yourself without pressure. Great sense of humor a d a nice casual and conversational demeanor. His receptionist is also a sweetheart.

Vision 20/20 along with Dr Pham was the best experience I've ever had at an eye doctor's appointment. The office was bright, had a great selection of frames, and they accept many forms of insurance. Dr Pham was able to see and identify what problems it's me eyesight I was having right away. His solution was right on and with my insurance I ended up paying only $40 for the exam and the new glasses and lenses. The lenses were progressive and light sensitive. I would highly recommend Vision 20/20.
