Wonderful experience! I was seen by Dr. Breshears for my eye exam. There was almost no wait and the technician Frank did a great job with the initial tests. Dr. Breshears was really nice and knowledgeable. The exam was comfortable and he explained what my next steps were very well. They had a lot of great frame options to choose from and I liked that I didn't feel any pressure to buy from them. It also was nice being able to be seen on a Saturday so I didn't have to take off of work. I'm happy I found this place and would definitely recommend Dr. Breshears!

Almost 90 mins of waiting before you get seen. I paid the same copay and saw a doctor in less than 10 mins at the local Pearle Vision store.
This was not a rushed or an emergency appointment. It was regularly scheduled. It's evident that they are taking more patients than they can handle in a day completely disregarding the value of an individuals time.
I am writing this review at 4:48 PM for a 3:30 appointment. I have been moved from reception to waiting to a examination room - back to waiting area and now back in an examination room for about 25 mins waiting for the Doctor. I have been told twice I am next. Still no sign of him.. I had to finally tell them I have to leave and then the doctor came and saw me in 2 mins. 6 mins exam. Very unsatisfied!

Get use to this view because this is all you will see while waiting to be seen by Dr Borenstein.
Had a 11:30 appt. To be respectful I showed up 15 min early. As of 12:35 pm I have still not been seen. I have been waiting well over an hour. I am sure there are other places for treatment. I would suggest not coming here.

I almost never write reviews, but I was compelled to do so after reading a couple of negative ones. I have been a patient here for over 15 years. My experience has always been high quality care. The assistants and doctors spend a lot of time with me. Yes, sometimes there have been long waits. But on the flip side, twice I have been seen same day with no appointment due to concerning issues. I also want to add that their medical assistants are great!

Dr. LeBoyer and Samantha, the ophthalmic technician, worked wonders to restore my mother's vision. Prior to her cataract surgery my mom could only see three to four inches in front of her face. She no longer socialized with people and she was dependent upon others for almost all of her daily living functions. Now her vision is restored to what is used to be years ago, and her quality of life has radically improved. Samantha and her colleagues worked tirelessly to advocate for my mother and coordinated all the details of the procedure with her nursing home, Medicare and the anesthesia department at the hospital. In the days following the cataract surgery the office staff called multiple times to check in and inquire how my mom was feeling. Dr. LeBoyer and his office, Samantha in particular, went above and beyond to restore my mother's vision and provided her with great care at every step of the process. I am forever grateful and highly recommend this practice.

Went in for a simple eye exam which took well over an hour. Upon receiving the results, they were incomplete. This place purposefully leaves out relevant information so people are forced to buy from their poor selection of eyewear. Avoid this location, you're far better off going to a reputable place as opposed to this hole in the wall, hard to find, no parking having joke of an optometrist. 1/5 do not recommend.
