Went to another eye doctor before and he was unable to diagnose me when to see a very nice lady here. She diagnosed me which then I was referred to a neuro ophthalmologist. she's AWESOME and extremely nice, upfront and intelligent.

This office is incredibly frustrating to call. When you call you are told the wait time is 15 minutes for about 40 minutes. Then given an option to get a call back. When they call back, you get an automatic message saying, "We tried to reach you but you were unavailable, if you still need help, please call back again. Good bye. " After the first time, I thought I did something wrong, but I have tried back 3 more times, waiting about 20-30 minutes each time and getting the same message. If I wait on the line, as soon as the phone rings after waiting, I get hung up on without any opportunity to speak with someone. What is wrong with your call center? I called to help coordinate appts for patients I work with but I will be avoiding sending any referrals to this place if possible.

I had 2 cataract eye surgeries with in the past 2 months. Dr. Belel Bakir was my Surgeon. I have only the finest words to say about Dr. Bakir's professionalism, compassion and most of all his knowledge. I was very nervous and he made me feel unnerved. He was wonderful and I would recommend Dr. Bakir to anyone who is having any eye problems especially cataracts. Thank you Dr. Bakir as you are the BEST!
