Only great things to say about my experience being a patient here. The doctors are knowledgeable and professional. The staff is warm, friendly and attentive. The office space is bright, clean and welcoming--with the latest equipment and modern technologies. Also a very nice and expansive selection of frames, to meet various style and budget needs. Adding to that, their lenses are extremely high quality, especially in comparison to places like Warby and SEE (not throwing shade but my lenses from Skokie Eye Group are far superior.) There's also free parking in the lot out front which is always a good thing! I recommend them to anyone and everyone who asks me "do you know a good eye doctor?"

Everyone were very nice and friendly. I came in a little late with my wife and son and the staff were very understanding and patient throughout. Dr. Lu and her staff were very approachable and answered all our questions. The place was very clean and pleasant. We highly recommend this clinic!

The staff and doctors are friendly and efficient and the doctor I saw was thorough and took the time to answer all my questions and any concerns I had. I felt the costs for the exam and the glasses I needed to get were very reasonable since I don't have insurance for vision and was paying out of pocket. Other places I have gone in the past were considerably more expensive.

I had a great experience from calling to make my appointment, through my eye exam and picking out frames. My insurance was difficult to verify and Tino and Joe were patient and thorough. Dr. Lu is knowledgeable and friendly and has great bedside manner. As a contact wearer, I came in with an eye infection and the team, without skipping a beat, facilitated getting frames and lenses for me the same day, so that my eyes could rest. The space is also clean and bright and all the staff are friendly.
