Burgett Kresovsky Eye Care

I'd like to commend Dr. Burgett and his fantastic staff for their professionalism, care, consideration, and kindness during the course of my cataract surgeries. They all work very hard to do their jobs efficiently while maintaining composure and kindness to the patient. I was always asked if I had any questions or concerns, always given ways to contact the doctor, nurses, techs, if I needed them. In addition to the follow- up appointments after each surgery, a nurse called my home to see how I was doing. The surgeries went very well, and afterward I experienced only slight irritation in one eye. All of this comes from extensive training and clinical experience and that special blend of professionalism we all seek: competence and caring.

I have myopic problems for 30 plus years and I have been wearing contact lenses. Somehow I developed cataract in one eye two years ago (kind of unusual for my age). My eye doctor referred me to Dr Kresovsky. Dr. Kresovsky is super knowledgeable, skillful, professional, and kind. He answered all my questions patiently to help me make treatment decisions. I finally decided to do a surgery to improve my eyesight. The procedure only took less than 20 minutes. I did not feel much during the procedure. After the surgery, it was such a wonderful surprise that my "new" eye can see things so clearly and the world is so much brighter and clearer, that I don't even need a contact lense for it. Just like a magic! I am amazed and grateful! Highly recommend Dr. Kresovkey! The office staff are also very helpful. Because my insurance changed during the time when I was treated by Dr. Kresovsky. His staff patiently helped me figure out payment arrangement to save me trouble.

I would like to report that Dr. Kresovsky and the staff at Burgett Kresovsky Eye Care are fantastic, but unfortunately the office developed a pattern of cancelling appointments and I never got to see him. The first time it happened, I wasn't too concerned. Unplanned events or emergencies can occur and so I rescheduled the appointment. That appointment was months after my original appointment. Today, they called me once again to cancel the second appointment. Okay... This appointment, too, was going to be months later even though I shared with them that this was the second cancellation on their part. No attempts were made to work us in at an earlier time despite the fact that a pattern of cancellations had now been established. No apology was given either, simply "It's out of my control." This doctor and his office staff are unreliable at best and unprofessional at worst.

Dr. Burgett and staff were very professional and efficient. Every step was explained to me and put me at ease. Seeing a smiling staff says a lot about work environment. I will be returning if I need surgery in my other eye. I can see so much better!

I had ocular shingles and was treated right away with professionalism and courtesy. They even helped me fill out paperwork because my pain was overwhelming. They truly care about patients. I highly recommend both Drs in the Burgett practice. Dr Krevosky even came into the office on a Sunday to see me because my trouble (nightmare really) with shingles couldn't wait, I was absolutely miserable and terrified. They did everything in their power to make me feel better! The staff were super friendly and caring and I highly recommend!

Had both cataracts taken off in July and am absolutely thrilled with the result and the care that Dr K and his staff gave me! I so dreaded doing this but it was "a piece of cake" and I now have 20/15 vision far away without glasses!!

Receptionist Anita W is extremely rude and is very unprofessional. I will not ever contact this center for eye care. Please have someone else answer your phone who wants to work. Just to mention this is not the first encounter with her and you get the same results.
