I had such a good experience here! It was easy and straightforward to schedule an appointment, the front desk staff is very welcoming and kind, and the facility is also very clean and welcoming. The exam felt very thorough and Dr. Caleb Chung was amazing! He was so kind and explained everything to me in detail and really listened to me. I didn't get the person's name but not only did she provide a solution, she did it free of charge! Unfortunately dad's frames are obsolete and he's immobile so this was a HUGE win! Thanks so much!

Just short of making any solid claims against this establishment, I developed a massive amount of black floaters after my initial visit here over a year ago. I gave it adequate time to clear up yet they remain. I did not have this issue prior to getting an extensive exam here. After doing some research I found that many people experience floaters after a visit to eye doctors. May be a sensitivity. They dismissed my issue and claimed it was natural aging. Still looking for answers.
