It had been several years since my family saw a doctor at Norman & Miller, due to the driving distance, but decided to go back this year. I was so glad we did. From reception to the testing and exam to the optician, everyone was on their A-game!! Great customer service all around. Thorough but didn't have to stay two hours for the process. Great selection of glasses and contacts. Did I say their Customer Service was on point?! If you're looking for the best, go to Norman & Miller for a great experience! I'd drive an hour to see their smiling faces.

I had metal in my eye, and so I didn't have an appointment for this emergency visit. Norman and Miller got me right in cared for my eye skillfully with a compassionate and caring and supportive staff. I was highly impressed and I highly recommend Norman and Miller eyecare along with Dr. Colby, who was quite skillful!!!!!!!!!!

Having not seen an eye doctor for 32years, I wasn't quite sure what to expect. I was a bit concerned that I would be pressured into buying some expensive pair of glasses I didn't really need. Boy, was i wrong! No pressure, just honest feedback. Staff was pleasant, tech was thorough as was Dr. Wadsworth. She made me feel confident and comfortable and I enjoyed talking with her. I would definitely recommend Norman and Miller Eyecare.
