Would not recommend. First, you don't meet the Indianapolis surgeon before the surgery. Examined by their optometrist, but was told to return because he wanted to re-check his findings. Told by 4 staff members I needed to upgrade to laser (over $4k total) or would have to wear glasses for all distances. Didn't wear them except for reading since vision was 20/30.
My surgery was performed by a local ophthalmology surgeon for the simplest method, covered by Medicare and have 20/15 vision and rarely even need readers.

I was somewhat nervous about the surgery, but there was no need to be afraid. From the front desk personnel to the technicians, the staff was so kind and efficient. The surgeon was very easy going and reassuring. The anesthesiologist acted as if I was her only patient that day, even though I knew the preop was full. Thank you so very much for making sure your patients get the best and most caring staff during their surgery. I am grateful!

Great staff!! Great docs!! I was so nervous going in to my surgery but they calmed me, made sure I was comfortable and I was finished before I knew it! They work like a well-oiled machine!! Only issue was that no one seemed to know which drops to use or for how long.

Absolutely amazing. I chose the LAL+ lenses set to monovision. Dr. Orr did the surgeries. Dr. Kimmel and Bernice did the evaluations and adjustments and do a fabulous job, they are both outstanding. I'm more than pleased with the results. 20/15 vision, good by glasses!

My issue was dry eye. I was impressed at how quickly my problem was addressed and an immediately began the treatment plan. Dr. Kimmel is very personable, knowledgeable and professional, and anyone associated with my treatment, including team members at the front desk were fast, efficient and friendly. Highly recommend.

I am extremely impressed with the skill and professionalism of the physicians; however, I have two negative opinions regarding the practice. First, my physician was permanently replaced without any notification. It would have been thoughtful to have received some advanced notice. Secondly, I find the billing less than transparent. I overlook these issues because the care is fabulous.
