After 1 month of not receiving any notifications, I went to this location to get the status of an in-store order and was told that there was an issue with the paperwork that THEY prepared and the glasses weren't started.
It was disappointing that they failed to notify me especially after being told I'd have a 2-3 week wait for pick up.
Also, for exams there is a ~$30 unnecessary test that you are required to pay out of pocket for; to be clear it's mandatory and you cannot opt out of it.
I've already stopped getting exams there and will now avoid ordering any glasses from them.

Walked in just to pick out a pair of work glasses I already had my eye exam in hand...worker was very rude said she couldn't take care of me and lied to call center and said she told me I could wait.....really she told me she couldn't let me pick out the glasses I needed by myself ....really rude and she was the only one in there.....call center said to go there band they would take care of me drove twenty minutes after working all week and day ....just to have them not ordered...

Called the location on McCarty Ln to schedule appointments, got sent 4 confirmations with no indication of the location. The day of our appointments we go to the McCarty location and are told that we are supposed to be at the South location - we get told that there is a strict 10 minute late policy and that they would call the south office to let them know our situation. We arrive at the South location 8 minutes after our first appointment started, and are told that there is a "strict 6 minute late policy" NEVER have I had a problem with these offices, but this was ridiculous.

They treated my family terribly and wouldn't allow us to opt out of Non medically necessary screenings. The Eye tech was condescending, rude, and tried to manipulate us. There are many better options for eye care in this community.

I've been here twice and would go to Evans Piggot & Finney again. My appointment was on time and didn't take long; and Dr. Alfred is very personable and kind. I felt I was given time & attention, and new details were explained thoroughly - They have an awesome machine that scans your eyes instead of having them dilated. I have beautiful eyeballs and got to see the details- very cool. The employees were all great and very helpful. It's like visiting old friends.
