This was my second visit to this office. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The office is clean and the patient treatment and testing areas are private. Exactly what I expect when visiting the eye doctor. Thank you for your services. I recommend Lafayette Vision Care.

We have always had a great experience at Lafayette vision care. The doctor is thorough, and takes her time. The upfront staff is always great and very kind!

I had a thorough eye exam and my provider explained everything she was doing and why each test was important. The staff are willing to help people select their classes and everyone is very polite and friendly.

Over I gave a 2 because I put the most weight on the doctor. I have been going to the South branch for years and occasionally for special needs the Creasy Branch. I am overwhelmed nervous to change due to my eye issues. I did against my gut feeling. Staff was patient and kind. Made sure all was taken care of. My med list is extremely long and that was the hang up. We didn't finish the list before we had to get back to the doctor which was fine. However, the staff members was overly apologetic about it Dr Eliza Salvo. That caught my attention because I have worked in a place like that before where I felt like had to apologize things that were NOT in my control and this wasn't. The doctor rushed me through the ENTIRE exam to the point where she showed me what my "new" prescription would be... I was like...ummm NOPE and told her it was messing with my head. Her response was "it's not that far off with what you already have. Let's see if this helps and put it in a pair of "fake glasses" hate to tell you my dear but no it did no good either. Then proceed to tell me that she wasn't going to look at bifocals right now but it will need to be kept an eye on because it can start to deteriorate quickly with my age... Lady are you serious??? Every time you asked me about anything up close I was 100% just fine. It was the stuff far away I am struggling with!!! I chose not to update my glasses because I have to make sure I have things 100% because of my issues with my eyes. I don't know what to say. Just caution. She may be very intelligent and good at her Job but I caught her on a bad day? But what I can't let go of, is the fear in the apology of her staff of getting in trouble over taking so long because of my meds.

I had a wonderful experience at Lafayette Vision Care. Both of my children had appointments here and everyone was so kind and patient with them. The Doctor was so patient with both of my kids. I'm so happy I brought them here for their eye exams.

I've been going here for a few years. The staff is amazing and helped me with any and all questions or issues they could. So far I haven't had any issues on their end. Over all I will continue to go here!

Dr. Shu was very professional and helpful. She is also a delightful person.
