I have to say that Ashley helped me today and I had the best experience today that I've ever had at this location. She is very polite and friendly, but very knowledgeable and professional at the same time. She takes time to get to know what you need and to get you the best option possible. She doesn't rush you or try to just sell you something. She cares about her customers and it shows. She is an asset to this location at Tippecanoe Mall!

Awesome experience here at LensCrafters! I had an appointment to get my eyes checked, as soon as I arrived they took me back to begin pre-screening. No waiting in a stuffy waiting room! The optometrist was on time, very polite, and explained what he was doing during each part of the exam. He even showed me the view of my eye from the fundic exam which was super cool to see!! After the exam, Jerry helped me find the right pair of glasses, and I was blown away with the vast selection of frames here! Jerry was patient and very helpful with finding me the perfect fit for my face. LensCrafters is even able to replace the lenses in my old glasses which are from a different optometrist. All in all, I was in and out in an hour, and I was quite impressed!

Walked around for 10 minutes in the store..three people standing around none said hi can I help you? nothing..used to be a great place to shop but I think I was the wrong color or from the wrong country in there today... plenty of other places to buy glasses..I received an automated response from LensCrafters owners after writing this review telling me to go to some website to address my issue...that was about as impersonal as it gets..I have bought a lot of glasses off of the Lafayette lencrappers over the years and the people running it now have managed to turned it into a POS store I will never visit again... adios amigos..

The glasses were to small focal point off center frames were to small for my head
Store manager refused to work with me to get new glasses fitted properly. Why would I go back to lens crafters ever again. Customer service doesn't exist in Lafayette Indiana store

The store had my glasses for 9 days and never contacted me that they had come in. In fact, when I called to inquire about them I was even told that they weren't in yet when they actually had them. I ordered them at another store in another state and had them shipped to the Lafayette, Indiana store due to my moving. I had to make a series of phone calls to get tracking information confirming that the glasses were delivered. They finally told me they did have them after I said I had proof they were delivered. Very disappointed!
