Wait time was less than 5 minutes, testing was painless and quick. Eye exam was very thorough, doctor explained my question professionally. Kayla the assistant manager serviced my new frame selection efficiently, and very friendly. Was helpful in helping me decide on the best frame (s) for my face. The frame selection was very large, and I had no difficulty selecting several great frames to choose from. The pricing was as varied too. Ranging from high, high end to very reasonable with no obvious lowering in value and appearance simply because you chose a lesser price bracket. They accept a wide selection of insurances, and have early check in online so you arrive without a long wait to fill out paperwork. Everyone was very friendly and naturally kind and helpful i really enjoyed my visit there and look forward to being called back to pick my glasses up. Will definitely stay with this staff as my main eye care center. In a very central location across from Sam's Club, clean, lots of seating, large mirrors and a great selection and price - you can't beat that!

Kayla was absolutely phenomenal!! She was kind, knowledgeable, and always went the extra step to insure we were getting the best products while maximizing our insurance benefits. Highly recommend this great location!

Appointment went well, right on schedule. Dr and staff were nice. Glasses came in quickly. I cannot see out of the glasses. I took them back in, worker was not helpful. He said the prescription is correct, wear them a week to adjust. I wore them a week and a half, still cannot see properly out of them. I called the office and was told to wait it out a MONTH and if I still couldn't see properly they would do a recheck. Manager and Dr were not available to speak to me. I have to push these glasses up against my face and squint to be able to see. Very disappointing.

First time going there for my daughters appointment, but will def be taking my family there from now on. ALL the staff was great, but Kayla was great, very sweet, informative and super helpful. Definitely recommend!

Tiffany and cat were fanatic fast and efficient on fixing my grandfather's glasses while he was stuck in the hospital! I was there for maybe 15 mins. Highly recommend

The whole team was amazing, especially Sarah and Allie! My husband and I both hadn't been to the eye doctor in awhile. They worked with us and got us everything we needed and even helped us save money with a rebate process for my contacts. We had appointments about a week apart and they recognized us when we returned. They were very pleasant to work with. We will definitely be returning here!

I went for a contact lens lesson and the doctor and Kayla was so helpful and patient. Love this location!
