Thank you for a wonderful experience. I was greeted by everyone and treated so kindly. Kathryn was very patient with me and helped me pick cute glasses. Dr Taylor was very good. Definitely go there if you need glasses.

Do not go here, they are liars. I was told that they could put lenses in safety glasses frames by 2 people that worked here. So I brought a pair of frames and they could not use them. So I asked what brands were recommended and was given 2 options. I bought some frames from one of the recommended brands, brought them in and that same person who recommended the brand is now saying they can't put lenses in ANY safety glasses. So either this person liad to me or sucks at her job.

AI assistant needs work, I bought Ethos Contact lens once daily wear , found two of the lenses without prescription. I have never Worn any contact lenses that had an error prescription, meaning there was no prescription power within the lens. Can't contact a live representative this is unexceptable ..

I visited the hospital for my 5 year old child. To take the vision test for the school submission. They have charged all the prices for me & insurance company as well. They told me to take specs for my child, to use only in home, I said, I don't want to give specs for my small child, then they didn't gave me the Eye test report. Really it's bit hurting..

Frames are all small and narrow with the exception of a few plastic and the female glasses... I need to exchange already and purchase frames and lenses elsewhere out of pocket... the man was rude about my questions as well.... the place is trash but the exam is not bad... good job
