My 75 year old mother has been waiting 6 weeks for glasses she needs to drive. Every time she contacts them they have a different story. First it was issues in Texas. Which according to another office worker on a different day the glasses come from Minnesota. There is no consistency to their stories. The doctor may be good but don't expect good customer service from the office staff!

Repeatedly lied to, regarding the availability of frames (which are never actually available). I have been back FIVE times, always having had a green light to do so, to get frames. This does not factor in COVID. This time the excuse offered by the counter staff was certainly untrue, as my daughter had been present when it was made and they changed the story when the saw me today! I am assuming that the eye exam itself is "good", but as it has been several months and no new glasses, who knows? I will not use this optician, nor would I recommend them to anyone under any circumstances.

I can honestly say worst eye doctor I've ever seen. If you don't need contacts or glasses anytime soon than by all means go to them. My first appointment was at the beginning of December it is now the beginning of March I just got my contacts. After my first appointment I was scheduled for a follow up to see how the trial pair fit I waited almost an hour for the doctor to come in and say they didn't have my file there and his wife must have it at home. They said they would call me once they heard back from her. After another appointment I finally got to order my contacts. I assumed they ordered them than or the next day that was silly of me I guess. After not hearing anything from them for about 2 weeks I called to see if they were in, the lady told me the doctors wife had just placed an order and she wasn't sure which names were on it but they would be in next week. I than got a call the following week asking which contacts I wanted, which means they were never ordered 3 weeks previous. I told her at this point to forget it I would get them somewhere else. They called me back about an hour later to inform me they had been ordered and they were due to be in the next day or 2 . The following week they called me and left a message they were in, I called them 2 days later on my day off and gave them my name and asked if they would have them ready for me since I had somewhere I had to be. I had not even made it to the car when they called me back and asked did we call you and tell you they were in cause I don't see them. I said yes you called me 2 days ago. They did end up finding them, but all in all worst experience I have ever had I will not be going back there ever .

It has been over a month and still have not received my daughters contacts. I guess I'm gonna have to contact the BBB.. I definitely do not recommend.

Best eye doctor I've been to in a long time. The doctor does his job very well.

I've been seeing Dr. Szabo for a several years and he's been good, always provides solid care.

Great people , easy to deal with and I highly recommend them
