I ordered both sunglasses and regular glasses. Wasn't until I got my sunglasses that I couldn't wear that I was informed that they had different lenses. I wasn't told that there were options. I got the better lenses with my glasses, but not my others. Now, I'm past the 60 day window to upgrade, so I'm stuck with glasses I can't wear. Brand new, useless sunglasses. Thanks Walmart. WtH?!

The staff was polite and Dr VO was nice but the referral I got for rentina dr was way off and a waste of time and money Dr .Chasen didn't see anything in that referral I could have used money on co pay and lyft on other things .

Just wanted to leave a review and apologize for inconveniencing the lady who answered the phone. Clearly she had much more important things to do than answer my question, which took her all of 10 seconds to do. Next time don't even bother answering the phone if that's how you're going to treat people. I needed a copy of my prescription from the last time I was there and was told they get removed if it's been over three years. Thanks for nothing!

I called to ask if they were resuming vision exams since I am due for one and the receptionist was very rude and clearly inconvenienced by me calling during business hours. I definitely hope the doctors are more professional than she is and actually care about their patients. I definitely won't be finding out though. Better atmospheres out there for sure. I knew there was a reason I haven't been in Walmart for years.

Super impressed with the quality of service. Dr. Lovett is awesome, very fast and personable. The associates who helped me order and adjust my frames (Phoenix and another male associate whose name I didn't catch) were also awesome. They had frames for all different price points and I found frames I loved within my budget. I will definitely continue to go there for eye exams and frames.

It was their first day reopening after the pandemic and their cleaning and CDC protocols were in place. The area was roped off and you check in from a desk at the entrance. Upon entering, your temperature is taken and a few quick questions were asked. They cleaned all chairs and equipment, including the registers' touchscreen and keypad. There were about 6 white coat workers and they all seemed to be EXTREMELY busy - with no customers present, . Great experience, thanks!
