Dr. Kirsha Finemore was very helpful and empathetic. She listened to my hearing problems, cleaned my hearing aids, changed the style of domes on them for better hearing, and tweaked the program settings to better address the needs in my hearing test results. She was very familiar with my Phonak hearing aids and understood the delicate balance between volume and clarity, which I constantly struggle with. I look forward to our 6-month followup, or sooner if I need it.
