My husband and I recently had eye exams and were very pleased. The receptionists were accommodating and pleasant! Dr.Gallagher and her staff were timely, thorough and knowledgeable. We both had our eye test; got our prescriptions and glasses ordered. We couldn't be happier,,just waiting for our new glasses now.

I would like to start off by saying that I LOVE the doctors and most of the staff at Brunswick Eye Care. They are accommodating, accurate and so so kind. However, There is an older receptionist who was absolutely rotten to deal with and had a terrible attitude. So much so, that it has completely soured my visits and outlook on Brunswick Eye Care. I reached out due to some eye issues - to which this specific receptionist (who apparently thinks she's an optometrist) decided to diagnose me over the phone and tell me whether or not she thought I should be able to schedule a visit with the doctor. There are people who should be around guests of a business and people who should not... she is a prime example of someone who shouldn't be.

My wife started going to Brunswick Eye Care Associates recently--she was just were not getting the customer service from her previous eye care establishment in Portland; to put it nicely--and my wife couldn't be happier. The staff at Brunswick Eye Care Associates; Olivia Poulin, O.D., Teresa and Terry at the front desk and Fern in the Optical department are all quite personable and very professional (and very attentive). My experience with Brunswick Eye Care has been outstanding Office staff was very helpful and was able to get me an appointment right away. Dr. Gallagher was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the exam, and prescribed glasses that I wear for reading and computer work. They have made my job on a computer all day much better.
