I had a screw come out of my glasses and needed a quick repair, as I work from home and spend a lot of time in front of a computer screen. I wasn't sure where to go, so I decided to try Midcoast Optical Services in Brunswick. The staff was super friendly and took care of everything in under a minute! They replaced the screw, cleaned my glasses, and all for a reasonable $5. I highly recommend them if you're in a pinch or need your glasses repaired!

I feel badly for anyone needing eye care services in this area. Apparently walking into an eye care practice in the Brunswick area puts you subject to unprofessional staff. The male eye doctor at this practice is exceptional and wonderful, I have heard firsthand from my grandmother and mother who were helped recently with such care. However the female optician who I worked with today was rude rude rude. I feel badly also for the eye docs who have a hard time finding trained eligible and professional staff.

Apparently being 10 minutes late for an appointment is a problem only for us patients, but not for the doctors who have twice now not seen me in a timely manner. But i was 10 minutes late to 1 appointment and the doctor canceled me.
