Dennis at the vision center deserves to be fired. We called ahead of time and we asked if they had a certain contact lens in stock. He confirmed they did have them. He did not inform us that we needed to bring a physical copy of the prescription. We requested if they could print it for us. He declined. We then involved a manager who printed it for us. Dennis then told us there was missing information on it. We repeated this and got the correct information. He then got the box of contacts for me. At the end, he realized that it was a monthly and not a daily lens and told me he couldn't give them to me and they did not have the correct ones which we called ahead for and were confirmed to be there. This ordeal lasted 45 minutes and I still cannot see. He was not only unhelpful but wasted our time due to his own errors. He then joking asked me if I wanted the paper copy of the prescription as I was walking away. He's completely unprofessional. Asking me if I wanted something that couldn't help me in the situation, the reason I was jerked around for 30 minutes, as I was already frustrated and walking out of the store. Again, fire him.

Extremely disgusted with their lack of helpful service. I purchased glasses for my toddler and it wasn't until after they came in was I told they were too big for her face, couldn't be adjusted any more but I had 60 days to return them. My daughters eye condition can't wait any longer for a pair of glasses nor do I even want to go through another experience with them.
