Extremely happy with the exam. Dr.Barry was great . So happy with MyeyeDr optical that I decided to purchase two pairs of glasses. Originally only went in for Computer glasses, since I had recently purchased a regular pair of progressive lenses else were about 6 months ago. But after the great and professional exam and help with the optician, I decided I'm also investing in a pair of Sunglasses as well. So I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great Eye Dr ,as well as opticians to help.

This office is terrible. I called concerning my husband's lens that we purchase and he was only able to wear for two weeks. They were collecting spurs which causes issues in him seeing through the lenses. Note: We have been customers for 30+ years. We were told to bring the glasses back, they would make a new set of lenses and it would NOT go against the warranty we purchased. We got the new glasses back and it happened again. This has never happened previously over the years that we have gotten eye wear from My Eye Dr. I expressed that something has changed in the material that is being used to produce these lenses. I was assured nothing changed. So we asked them to make a new set of lenses that would go against the warranty that we purchased. We were told that we already used it...ummmm NO. I was told by two associates that it was not going against the warranty the first time. The manager, Mitchell didn't care that we were lied to. Never apologized for his associates. He offered to provide the lenses 50% off which is is an insult. They don't care!!! BEWARE THEY LIE TO YOU. I will not return nor my family. Sad that a company/business will not stand behind their product or their word. We purchased eye wear online and the lenses are better quality. My husband just spoke with Mitchell and he was nice enough to resolve the issue. It is very much appreciated.
