16SEPT.2023 Nice receptionist. Dr. Hu(5 )is super professional and respectful of my eye health. One of the ladies the came in(maybe an eye professional's asst.) was not polite. First time here. I had to fill out paperwork there(instead of it being mailed to me, in order not to have the eye professional waiting). The rest of the visit was professional and nice. The building is welcoming and the employees seem to get along. Customer service needs to be addressed. Makes it bad for business. Glad I only need to come back in a few months and done. FEB. 2025 Customer service is a SERIOUSLY bad look on the office(dakota)stating they don't send information to anyone, no duh. You send it to the clients/patients primary doctor w/the doctors contact information.

Unfortunately, we've had to visit this place a few times, but at least the experience has been good. There is always a crowd, but we arrived 20 minutes early and we were done in an hour. (Your visit will likely just take time.) The employees are all knowledgeable, professional, and polite.

It is me again... here at the eye dr and upon my arrival i meet Hunter at the reception area. He gave me LIFE a pure GEM i don't know where Dr. Warrow found him but He was awesome and he has the best staff HANDS DOWN Happy Friday all

I was very disappointed with our experience with Dr. Hu. My husband was told he has a very serious condition and the doctor just kept telling us we should Google search or ChatGPT the condition to understand what was going on. He severely lacked bedside manner and had a very immature approach to delivering bad news. Anytime I tried to ask a question, I was cut off and disregarded. I would not recommend this practice to anyone solely because the doctor himself showed no professionalism. We left with a pool of questions and the only answer was to search it on the internet. However, the nurses and front desk staff were very kind and helpful.

The wait was a little long after dilation of pupils but Dr Warrow is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what had been going on with my eye without causing me to start freaking out. Dr Warrow formulated a plan of attack for my eye care. The staff at the front desk was kind and friendly as well as all the staff there no complaints what so ever

Alyssa H she was amazing with me she work will with me and my schedule. Anytime I need anything she did her best.

DAVID WARROW, M.D. Is truly the kindest Dr. I've met. We all want a Dr. that is doing it because they care & not because of the $! Dr. Warrow is that Dr. If I could tell you all why I say this, it wouldn't give me enough space to say. He's the real deal. He truly cares. He called my mom personally to tell her not to stop her treatments because she will go blind. Dr. of The Year if there ever was his chance!

Awesome Practice! I have been a patient of Dr Warrow for over 6 years and i wouldn't trade him for anyone else He looks out for my eye health and has a personal touch second to none !!! The office staff have great Teamwork values and I appreciate You all!!! KEEP BEING THE BEST PART OF OPTOMETRY!!
