Took my 9 year old daughter here for a yearly eye exam. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a My Eye Dr and we've been long time customers for 10+ years. The male doctor (who is at least 70 years old) started the exam by saying "if my daughter didn't talk to him he'd end the exam and just take an early lunch". Then proceeded to make comments to her such as "do you have a boyfriend? Because boyfriend's cause headaches" and "when you're a teenager all the girls will be jealous because you have such long beautiful eyelashes". None of this is appropriate to say to a 9 year old little girl! We called to speak to a manager and the receptionist proceeded to try and justify what he did and said it was ok and not inappropriate at all. First off we never asked your opinion on the matter and for anyone to justify inappropriate comments to a small child is completely unacceptable. We will never return to any my eye dr location again.

My eye appointment went very smoothly. I didn't have to wait long to see a virtual doctor and Cheryl was amazing at helping me and answering all my questions 10/10 experience

I went in for my first ever eye exam and everyone I encountered was kind and extremely knowledgeable. Mandi was the best! She had an amazing attitude and was so willing to help me go through the process of getting my first set of glasses without making me feel overwhelmed.

The optometrist here provided an incorrect prescription after their $200 exam. When I later took that prescription to another company to make a pair of glasses, the lenses were totally wrong. I raised the issue with MyEyedr, got a re-exam, an admission the prescription was wrong, and a corrected prescription. However, they refused to reimburse in any way the nearly $400 I spent out of pocket for lenses made with their incorrect prescription.

Mandi was so kind and super helpful with finding the right frame for me. I was so indecisive and she found me the perfect pair for an even lower price than I was searching for. Very personable and sweet! Thank you!

some employees were on their phones and such, not really interacting much. the virtual exams provided was a good idea but is terrible for people in the Hard Of Hearing/Deaf community, and it creates language barriers for many costumers.

We really enjoy all the staff at this location, but specifically Mandi stands out the most. She is always helpful and knowledgeable about products and services. But more than that she's kind. Vision health, glasses and contacts can be an expensive investment and she never pushes us to "buy more". My child had broken, discontinued frames and instead of turning us away she grabbed the glue and made them work, while we wait for the new pair to come in. Customers service is something to be valued and not enough praise goes to those who care. I hope Mandi and My Eye Doctor know how important that is to us and that the effort is not does not go unnoticed! Thanks Mandi!
