Exceptional service at MyEyeDr on Dual Highway! Dr. Frishman was very nice and thorough, taking the time to explain everything so clearly. DeVona was incrediblg sweet, friendly, and helpful. She went above and beyond to find me the best deal for my order on glasses and contacts. Lisa, the tech, was also incredibly sweet, friendly, and helpful as well when working on me. As I sat in the office, I watched Lisa help numerous customers in a very profesional and friendly manner. April, the manager who was also incredibly sweet, firendly, and helpful runs a fantastic offic. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for great care and a helpful staff who are all very professional and welcoming! This is the best MyEyeDr office i have been to in Maryland.

I arrive at the facility and was told to fill out some papers. I filled these out and asked to have them correct the spelling on my name (even though I spelled it out for them on the phone). I get to doctor chang, and we do my eye visit. To be honest, I have no reason to doubt the skillset or knowledge of this provider. But what has and does concern me is that they were not concerned with my previous records even though I offered to have them sent to the practice when I scheduled the appointment. She didn't seem to want them at all. The visit was also, probably, the fastest eye appointment I've ever had. Easily. Again, it raises concern for quality of care and attention to detail or lack there of. Fast forward to me getting my frames (and this is where it gets fun) I was asked if I wanted contacts today. I said yes, and I had mentioned that on the call. She said I declined that, I said Ive wanted them up until this point and if I was asked I would said yes (I wasnt). Then one of the ladies (pregnant one) said I heard dr chang ask you if you wanted contacts (she did not). It was actually kind of a shock to me because shes actively trying to gaslight me, the customer, and told me what I heard. But it was whatever, I let it go and I was like I guess I'll just do the frames. Before Im told to pick out my frames, I hand over my glasses for a measurement or a tracing Im not sure what it was she just needed the lens from my frames. The lady that takes my frames asked the pregnant one to hand me a waiver to sign in case they break the frames. I was already apprehensive about this and definitely paused to clarify what would happen if they broke the frames as I wanted to keep them as I LOVED those frames. It was also a concern because I needed to drive and cannot drive without them. They basically tell me they cant do my measurements without the lens from the frames and im SOL if I dont allow it. So now im basically strong armed into signing this waiver as I didnt really have a choice. I sign the waiver and she comes back with broken frames in hand and just causally explains how she broke them. I kid you not even 5 minutes after I signed the waiver. Obviously at this point I am upset, but I remained calm. I should also mention my tone of voice was very much neutral, indifferent this entire time. I am not an overly excited person nor talkative. Even after she broke my favorite frames I remained the same. She takes me over to pick out frames, and suggests the cheapest option "because of my insurance" or pick these if you want a discount. She made so many assumptions based on my insurance about what I can afford when little did she know I am a small business owner and expert in my field who had quit the corporate life to pursue my own venture. That is to say, I could very much afford the tom ford brand frames behind me lol. She never asked me what I liked, or what my price range was, just assumed and it was so disgusting. Anyway, I pick out my frames and she prints the receipt. I look at the receipt and ask her does this include the blue light reflection and she said no. I said well you didn't ask me if I wanted the blue light reflection, she says well you said you didnt want anti glare so if people say that I automatically dont include blue light reflection. Excuse me? So youre just up and making more assumptions on what people want? Then furthermore not telling them what they are missing? Insane. So when I say she didnt mention that, thats when she blew up. Saying I was being smart or sarcastic when my tone had never changed then they all jumped in to defend her unprofessionalism. At the end, I only made the smart remark when she asked if I wanted my receipt emailed. I said yes. She said I declined that. I said I literally just filled it out on the intake form its there clear as day calmly. And they went ballistic and became extremely unprofessional. All in all, horribly unprofessional service. Laughably bad. Never coming back. kinda makes you wonder if I had really denied contacts, or if they just didnt do their job.

We arrived 10 minutes late and the woman at the front desk was very rude. I understand that we should be on time but she treated us like we committed a crime. Follow-up: After returning for our rescheduled appointment, all was good. We were greeted well and the doctor was outstanding. Thanks.

Myeyedr, In Hagerstown Md, off Rt 40, I most say gave me some off the best experiences, since I started using glasses, I went in to get lens cleaner and Devona had me leaving with 2 pair off glasses in the end, great sales personality second to none.. also Lisa and Jordan always greet, and help me with all my eye needs ever time I visit, very respectful and customer friendly, never let me done, respect... today I went in with my work glasses and with in 3 minutes, April had my glasses repaired... this entire team deserves bonuses, raises and acknowledgment for there hard work and professionalism, thank you guys very very much, you earn a customer for life....

I have been going to MyEyeDr for years, and just had my first most amazing experience at the one off of Dual Hwy in Hagerstown! First Jordan was so kind welcoming me in and Dr. Frishman was so knowledgeable during my exam and offered so many helpful tips! When checking out, April and DeVona were the sweetest people and helped me with anything I needed or had questions on! I will definitely return to this location every single time!!!

Devona at my eye Dr went above and beyond to make sure I received the frames at a low price with a designer frame sale. She seemed to really care and excited to get me able to be in and out with a frame I would be happy with. You may want to make her CEO of the whole company. Everyone was really great and I appreciated the attention Devona took with me. It was my first time at the Hagerstown office and it was truly the best experience I have ever had at any office. Bonuses for everyone working there please!!!!!

I am from out of state and lost my glasses. They got me in in two days, did my exam, and ordered my glasses. Everyone was very kind and helpful and the experience was wonderful. Everything was explained in detail from the exam to the options for lens and the details of the bill. Would use them regularly if I lived here. Thank you!

I never go anywhere else for my eye care. They have been taking care of my eye health since I was little. They have a really good staff, very kind. Miss Liz and April were there to help me this last time , wanted to give them a shout out! Thanks ladies!
