My teenage daughter and I had a great experience at MyEyeDr. Dr. Krimigis was thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly. Shari was very helpful in finding the right glasses and ensuring a great fit. Checkout was smooth, and I really appreciate that they are open on Sundays. While it may be a bit more expensive than online options, the quality care and customer service are well worth it.

I have TRIED to go about this the right way but I am absolutely fed up. Do NOT go to this location. You will have problems and they will give you the run around. Twice I have ordered designer glasses (3 pairs). All three glasses came in damaged and were displays despite me asking if I was being given displays and being told no. This time the frames and lens came badly scratched and the side decals were extremely loose to the point of almost falling off. Every time my lens have been scratched up in conjunction to this issue. Hailey (assistant manager) has literally rolled her eyes and been nothing short of rude and belittling when I was speaking with her about these issues. Then comes Caleb, the Manager. He did return my call right after this last incident happened, but I'm sure it was only because they knew how irritated I was this last time. It has been days and he has not rectified this situation nor returned any of my calls. He told me on a Monday he would call me back in two days, it's now the following Monday and he's always conveniently at a different location every time I call. He is refusing a refund, however a different location told me that they can indeed refund you if they wanted to. They are trying to avoid me to make sure that my 30 day window to return runs out. It's disgusting. Why would I want $300+ frames that look like this with scratched lenses to top it off?! I was very nice about this but they just take advantage of their customers. I will be posting Google reviews, contacting corporate, calling the BBB and contacting my insurance but I HIGHLY recommend you save yourself the headache and do not go HERE!

Great Experience! The eye doctor was very thorough and discovered something new about my eyes that was previously undetected. At check out and ordering contacts, Shari was wonderful! She was kind and patient to help me receive the best price for my contacts.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at My Eye Doctor. We both came in with glasses that wouldn't stay on our faces. Mine only needed a quick adjustment, but my husband's situation required a bit more attention. Shari immediately recognized that his frames simply weren't the right fit for his face and that new ones would be a better solution. In less than three minutes, she realized he could exchange his recently purchased pair for frames that fit him properly. Within minutes, she presented a few great options, completed all the necessary paperwork, and had us on our way. Shari was outstanding--efficient, knowledgeable, and incredibly courteous and kind. We couldn't have asked for better service.

What a great experience! I've been coming here for years but due to a scheduling issue my last visit took me elsewhere.....turned out to be a mistake. Who would've known? I brought problem glasses with me to this branch and Caleb ( hope im spelling that right) went to work. He worked and worked with me over and again...and he got my vision as close to perfect as possible but the other glasses I got elsewhere were too much of a challenge. Fast forward to my next eye appointment and I went back to this branch at the Vally Mall. Again, Caleb did what he did and BAM!!!! I can see perfectly once again. Between a great eye exam, thorough eye measurements for glasses, I walked out feeling great that I could see AND read again without my eyes crossing, headaches and watery eyes. Thank you for the customer focus team....I am a happy and satisfied customer. Cheers!!

She helped see me through a very tough time and was successful with having my glasses delivered with all corrections needed. This location within itself, has always been satisfactory and Oh, the wide variety of frame selections, just adds onto the great experience. This is my official eye shop and I will continue to be a returning customer.

The entire practice from reception to the fitting was efficient and very organized and professional. I appreciate SHaRi helping me with Medicaire and promotion pricing. She was very helpful to get my bill right. Thank you.

The services at this location, has significantly diminished over the past 2-2.5 years. There is a high rate of turnover amongst the Dr's, the only saving grace, is the staff that assists with glasses, contacts, etc. My most recent visit was not very good AT ALL. The Dr. didnt give me a summation of what he observed, was dismissive about a condition that I raised regarding my vision and ... I was given a prescription that actually made my vision worse! I wont be going back, despite their being closer to my home. On a positive note, I did go to the MyEyeDr location in Spring Mills, WV, which was a longer drive; but it was well worth it! My prescription was corrected (it required LESS of a correction), the Dr. (Dr. Kidwai) was very thorough in reviewing my concern, provided me with a detailed explanation and said that if I had any changes (if the issue gets worse) to come back to see him right away; all at not cost! **note** Even the turn around on my new prescription, was WAY faster than what its EVER been at the Valley Mall location. Lastly, I rarely give one star reviews, but that one star was SOLELY for the front support staff, they do a great job, are very pleasant, knowledgable and welcoming.
