I walked in 10 minutes after they were supposed to be open at 10am and the door was locked. We noticed someone was inside and saw us but didn't get up to open the door. My husband and I walked away to go to another location and when we got to the car we saw she opened the door. As we're walking back to the store she seemed annoyed and asked "What do you need?" Her demeanor was short and unwelcoming. I told her I needed to buy glasses and she didn't say anything to me and locked the door behind us. Another older woman came in and knocked on the door which the receptionist begrudgingly opened and then locked right behind her again. She was also short with the older woman which was uncalled for as she was nothing but polite to her. We left immediately after that, overall I felt as if I was nuisance to her and completely unwelcome.

I had an appointment there, and the lady was very rude to me. I would not recommend this place very unsatisfied.

This place is horrible. I went to another Dr and they saw something that my eye Dr never mentioned to me and now since it has been so long gone unnoticed I will have to have eye surgery. Never needed those bi focals. The new Dr literally said "no one has ever mentioned this to you ever? I never miss my appointments because I have awesome insurance and it covers it and my eyes are bad. So NO THANK YOU. They are only worried about money. That's why they always have availability
