Walmart Vision & Glasses

Walmart has the worst eye care center employees, very unprofessional, not friendly, very slow when solving a problem or issues, impatient. I had to return several times because glasses lenses I couldn't see out of, need to exchange frames, employee gave me the wrong information regarding my insurance. the last time I went back for my glasses, right lense was cut to short, so I added the line bifocals since the lense had to return to lab. I called today, nice women stated I need to talk to a manger, would get a call back. Question the charge $170 wasn't paid through insurance. I called my insurance today told me the bill was paid. What extra did I get charge for! That was 3 hours+ ago, guess what, not one person (manager) called me back. Walmart eye center, I dislike to go to with a problem makes me very uncomfortable. I am a senior citizen customer and don't deserve to be treated like a nobody. Walmart eye center act like we owe them something! If it wasn't for the customer making purchases, Walmart would be nothing with out us spending our money there. I am going to contact the corporate office and write a letter. This is truly ridiculous,

Tried going here, everything was good until I got my glasses and couldn't see. The doctor was aggressive toward me and refused to refund my eye exam so I could go somewhere else. She like these are your glasses you need. I told her several times I can not see out of them. She still refuses to Refund my money. Don't go!!

Lost a screw in my glasses yesterday. Went here to see what they could do. Kat replaced the screws in both ear pieces and it's like having a brand new pair of glasses and it was no charge. Thank you Kat your awesome

If I could give no stars I would. Staff member mistie was so un helpful, unfriendly so rude! She told my husband we were bothering other customers because he handed our autistic son a phone to play with while he filled out paper work while I went with the doctor and there was nobody else there. They also keep telling me they have no idea when my trial contacts will come in and I cannot get a prescription that I had to pay for out of pocket because they told us at the end of my appointment that they didn't take my eye insurance the doctor was nice but now I have to wait and go somewhere else because of their incompetence total waste of time and so very upsetting dealing with such rude hateful people

*****I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, love Dr. Kessler***** Hands-down the best eye exam I have experienced in decades. Dr. Kessler is so relaxed, she makes you feel welcome as soon as you meet her. She has a very calm demeanor, so easy to talk with and a funny sense of humor. She manages to do all of this while maintaining her professionalism with grace and kindness. She was great with my kids, so very patient and never made me feel rushed. I have three kids with their own calendars, so scheduling the appointments and getting everyone in for eye exams always been a bit of a hassle for me, but she was so wonderful working with me and I loved not having to wait two months to get the appointments. She completely understood and actually interrupted her lunch to help get my son in since he had to go back to school after the appointment. If you are looking for a convenient eye exam with a doctor that is knowledgeable and professional with all the up-to-date technology, someone that's easy to speak with and with prices that are affordable, then this is definitely the doctor for you. And it's at Walmart so it's win-win because there's always something somebody forgets to pickup so you can get your last-minute shopping done also. I appreciate the convenience that is Walmart.

The doctor is super nice. She takes the time to explain everything to me. For me that is the most important when you go to any doctor because, you have questions and wants she has the answers for everything. Thank you so much!

The employees were extremely friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend coming here for eye exams. I cannot recommend this enough. Everyone there was wonderful.

Walmart Vision Center offers free eyeglasses adjustment! I was visiting from out of town and Carlos, the Vision Center Manager, tightened the arms of my glasses for free! Thank you Carlos and the Walmart Vision Center!
