I've been going to Dr Tran for years and she is the best optometrist in Anne Arundel County! She never rushes through the appointment and never upsells. Her location is so convenient with tons of parking. She and her staff are professional, welcoming, extremely knowledgeable and never condescending. She explains everything in a way that's easy to understand and I know she always does what's best for me and my lifestyle. Highly recommend her!

I sincerely had the best experience with Dr. Tran. I have been to many optometry offices throughout the years, and most appointments felt like every interaction and decision was a check off a standard list. The staff here was welcoming, and the office was clean. The office is located inside Costco, but you do not need a membership to make your appointment. I told the Costco front check-in I had an appointment, and they pointed me in the right direction. The receptionist checked me in quickly, and the wait time was quick. Dr. Julie was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. She made the entire process comfortable and easy, and I appreciate how she explained everything to me. She was able to answer all my questions and address my concerns. I definitely recommend Dr. Tran to anybody looking for an optometrist.

You have nothing to fear with Dr. Tran! (Except maybe the puff of air in your eyeball) The appointments were quick but thorough and the wait time was not long at all. Both she and her assistant were friendly and welcoming. During the exam, she was great at explaining the process, knowledgeable, and I was comfortable enough to ask questions. Her prices are fair even if you don't have insurance. I will be coming back to get my eyes checked here again and recommending her.

Very thorough and patient. She took the time ask about when I wear my contacts. Since my eyes get dry I only wear them once or twice month. She explained that I should go to daily contacts and that I might find them more comfortable and based on my usage it might be cheaper. It would also be safer since I wouldn't try to use contacts that had sat around for months. She also responded quickly when I realized I had made a mistake and needed to adjust the reading strength of my prescription. Great costumer service.
