Amazing experience. Sahra helped me from the moment I walked in. She assisted me with checking in on the kiosk and then helped me pick out frames I loved before my appointment with Dr Patel - who was also amazing! Sahra gave my entire experience the luxury feel/vibe. Great personality and aura. I hope she's there next year to assist me next year. I'll be referring my friends and family here. I'm excited to get my glasses! Thank you Miss Sahra!

It seems appointments are often overbooked. Even for early morning visits, I've had to wait about 50 minutes and then request a co-pay refund afterward. Awful experience!

I had an excellent experience with Maryland Eye Care Center. Dr. Patel took her time and was very thorough. I was planning to purchase glasses but Sahra in the optical department made it very easy. Jorge truly defines what it means to be a professional. From the very first interaction, he was respectful, courteous, and attentive. I especially appreciated that he respected my name and addressed me properly instead of calling me whatever he wanted, which unfortunately happens far too often with unprofessional professionals. That level of respect really stood out to me.

I'm very grateful that they were able to give my grandma the extra help she needed. The customer service here is excellent if I could rate them 100 out of 100, I definitely would! We will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend this place!
