I had my eye exam here a few days ago and everything went very well. I asked so many questions and no one ever made me feel bad for doing so. Everyone was helpful, from the receptionists to the doctor (WHO IS AMAZING) and finally to the person who helps with glasses and ordering. Everyone was super sweet and friendly. I believe that as a patient, we also have to give them respect the same way we expect it back. I'm going back soon to order my lenses.

However, the front desk staff is rude and unprofessional. They could use training in manners and good customer service.

Great experience from start to finish. The doctor walked me through my 1st progressive, the AMAZING ladies out front Jackie and Shawn were so pleasant and helpful. I was the last patient and I never felt rushed, they both gave great input and Jackie picked out 2 frames that I can't wait to wear. The office was so clean and very well put together. Only thing I'd say is may e update the frames or a little more selection. I really wanted to buy a few more pair but couldn't find ones I loved.

They gave have me the wrong prescription for my glasses and try to send me to another location because my insurance is not being excepted there no more which makes no sense on how to resolve the issue of my glasses and the lens are popped out not placed properly.

He was also very considerate of my time as someone who was in a bit of rush. Would encourage anyone to visit this location.

I was very pleased with how nice and professional everyone was during my visit. The doctor was extremely and answered all my questions satisfactorily. And the associate, Moreland, was especially helpful in not just helping me choose a nice frame, but also assisting me with and explaining all of the available options with my insurance. He even went above and beyond and provided information about another vision that could help with anything not covered by my current insurance plan which I appreciated a great deal! Needless to say, I will be returning there in the future! Thanks

Dr. Okeke was great but this place will nickel and dime you for everything even though it's in-network. For the past few years (at America's Best), my contacts costed $31, this place was trying to charge me $157.00 for one contact lense/one eye. No thank you! And then they charged me $49 for not ordering the contact lenses today. YES! I am going back to A.Best. I walked out with nothing but an $89 receipt. GET A COPY OF YOUR PRESCRIPTION and order elsewhere.
