I've personally been coming to this location since I was a young child and haven't had any problems. All the staff and doctors are extremely friendly and helpful and try to accommodate you to the best of their ability. I highly recommend them.

Took 3 months to get my glasses last year. This year, it took over 2 months to get my contacts. The contacts for one eye only came a week after I said I wanted to cancel my order. It's been over a month and I'm still waiting for my refund for the contacts I canceled. I got told over the phone I couldn't get a refund without a refund ticket but the manager said I didn't need anything when I canceled the order in person.

Although service was nice when I got my eye exam, I waited over a month for a call about when I was going to be able to pick up my glasses but they never called. When I finally decided enough was enough and visit the office again the kind man told me that the people who "took care" of us over a month ago never put the order in. So basically we're down 70 dollars with no glasses.

DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE! The " manager " as she claims Danielle is super rude and disrespectful and not to mention this company gives out patients personal information! That is against the law she gave out my personal number and address to different people and have been harassing me. Now I feel like my personal information is in danger. I will be taking accountability and taking this serious. No employee should ever release a patients personal information. Also she kept hanging up the phone on me after every question I had. I have video recordings of her hanging up atleast 5x ( The office claims her name is not Danielle it is Cindy )

The staff are pleasant, but it is often difficult to get ahold of them by phone. Prepare for long hold times with unpleasant elevator music. Doctor works for five locations and they seem short-staffed, with difficulty communicating between locations. It took me over six months to get my contacts. I do not recommend this company.

Today I went to Visual Eyes for the first time. I am new to the area and need to get all my health appointments together. The location was easy to get to and there was parking. The office was a little difficult to find as its on the second floor of a building. I couldn't find the elevator at first, but I asked someone and they pointed me in the right direction. The receptionist and assistants were all very nice and welcoming. They were efficient and thorough. I received a call ahead of time to collect my insurance information. I called right before my appointment asking about my copy and they were able to give me details. I received two-three reminder messages/texts, so I didn't forget. They were open on Saturday which is very convenient. The pre-eye exam was quick and easy. There is a new option to get eye images versus dilation. It's out of pocket $39 versus insurance paying for dilation. The perk is you don't have blurry near sighted vision for the next 3 hours and don't have to wait an additional 20 minutes for Dr. Pam to check your eyes again. The assistant explained the advantages and disadvantages of both options to me and didn't pressure me to do the paid one. Dr. Pam was very personable, energetic and social. She was kind, funny, thorough and quick. She really has a bright aura. She was also clear in her explanations. Overall, I had a good experience. As far as my contacts go I had my old prescription so she had a base to work from. My left eye seems to be changing so I may have to go back for an adjustment, but I don't have anything bad to say about my experience. Go see Dr. Pam!

my appointment was at 2:30. i checked in a 2:10. the doctor saw me after 3:30 . one hour waiting, whats the point of making an appointment. sucks . this place lacks proffesionalism. how hard is it to plan ahead and be up front on letting me know when ill be service.
