Auburn Westborough Eye Associates-Auburn

Our family recently switched our eye care to Auburn Westborough Eye Associates in Westborough, and we couldn't be happier. This is the first time I've ever felt compelled to write a review -- and it's entirely heartfelt. My children received their glasses in March of this year, and within just two months, we had to return several times due to the glasses being mishandled and broken. Each visit, the opticians were incredibly kind and patient. They took the time to either repair the glasses or reorder them under warranty, always ensuring we were completely satisfied. What really stood out is how they never rush through appointments. They give each patient the attention they deserve, truly listen, and offer thoughtful options. In today's fast-paced world, such genuine customer service is rare. Everyone -- from the doctors to the reception staff -- has been absolutely wonderful. We're so grateful to have found them, and honestly, if I could give them more than five stars, I would.

So pleased with the care I received today. They were able to squeeze me in same day to evaluate an eye issue I was having. The staff was so friendly and informative. The testing was thorough. Dr. Jeff Cohn took the time to explain my eye condition, answer my questions and gave me some helpful tips. I would highly recommend this office.

The waiting time was minimal. The staff were friendly and helpful. Dr. Michael Cohn explained everything during the eye exam. I've been going to him for a long time. He is easy to talk to and has a great sense of humor.

This is by far the best eye doctor I've ever been to. Between the staff who is so caring and Dr McLaughlin who has been a rock for me going through all my I issues. I'd recommend them to anyone wanting a caring compassionate and concerned staff.

Was contacted to make an appointment stating my self and daughter were due for an appointment. Went to appointment and was told after sitting in waiting room for over 20min that they couldn't find my daughter's insurance activate in system even though she's under mine and that I wouldn't be covered until June of next year. Even though they ran insurance before we arrived.

Dr. McLaughlin is fabulous! She takes the time to explain what she is doing and what is going on. Always answers my questions. She always makes sure have the best vision possible. Had she not been so thorough back in February I would have not known I had a detached retina. Dr. McLaughlin is a valuable asset to Auburn Westborough Eye Associates!

I have been a patient at Auburn-Westboro eye for almost two years now and I believe that this is the best place that I have ever been to in terms of care and customer service. I have been to many different optometrists before and I've had the worse experience which made me stop going to the eye doctor for quite a long time before I found this place. I am fortunate enough to see both the patient side and optometry/business side of the practice as I have been shadowing Dr. Jeff for quite a while, and it is so clear that all the staff go to great measures to ensure that the level of care that each patient receives is above and beyond.

Visited for the first time today and had an amazing experience. Dr. Jeff, Michelle and Lynn were professional, friendly and helpful during my exam and Heidi and Lynn took time to make sure I found frames that I loved. The entire team seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs and made a routine visit to the doctor an enjoyable one. Highly recommend!
