Front desk is a joke!!! Trying to give insurance info over the phone and the girl said my member ID "should start with alphabet". I said no, it's just numbers and she had no idea what to do. I gave her the numbers and she said she'd call and check benefits and give me a call.
She never called....when I showed up 10min before the appointment she said she was just about to text me. Yeah right! She was sitting scrolling on her phone. Then she asked all over again like we've never spoken. She never called and checked while I was there and instead, she just told me she doesn't accept my insurance and I had to pay full price. Without ever checking anything....
Friggin joke!!!! I will never go back and never buy glasses from LensCrafters... ever. Scratch and dent type of place.
Go anywhere but here.

After many operations on my retinas years ago buying glasses is not my favorite pass time. I have nearly 20-20 with corrective lenses. When I go to get new glasses it is always the same thing.....this cannot be correct , this prescription is way too far off. Yes l am a anomaly. They say these are so far off there is no way you can see 20,20.
For this reason it's why I wait four years to get new glasses. This time I was forced because after four years they were scratched so bad. After two tries your Auburn Ma. facility knocked it out of the park. The part that made me step back was your employees NEVER FLINCHED. The manager and two others went overboard until it was right. They also assured me that if for any reason there's a problem don't hesitate to return for help.

Wow what a super experience!
I arrived first thing in the morning when they opened and Chris One of the managers took care of me . Wicked friendly guy and knowledgeable. I have to commend the other staff who were patient and even though some customers were being EXTRA so early in the day , the staff kept it Gucci and worked past this obstacle and helped the customer. I'm happy with how welcome I felt being there and the staff was EPIC !!!
