My appointment was canceled due to a scheduled equipment replacement. I was not called or notified in anyway of the cancellation. I arrived on time. I was offered an apology without an explanation until I asked. I asked to schedule a new appointment but the staff couldn't schedule a new appointment. I made the most of the visit and shopped.
